BD Lodge Terms and Conditions
A deposit will be required before any reservation can be confirmed as follows:
60% deposit within 72 hours to confirm the booking
Full payment, 60 days prior to arrival
Should a cancellation be received 60 days prior to arrival, 25% of monies paid to the lodge will be forfeited.
Should a cancellation be received between 30 & 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of monies paid to the lodge will be forfeited.
Should a cancellation be received between 10 & 29 days prior to arrival, 75% of monies paid to the lodge will be forfeited.
Should a cancellation be received between 1 & 9 days prior to arrival, 100% of monies paid to the lodge will be forfeited.
Should we be able to re-sell the casa, the cancellation fee will be waived, however a 15% handling fee will be charged.
